The Orthopedic Clinic provides services to children birth to 21 years of age with suspected or diagnosed problems of the bones, muscles or joints. We provide physical therapy evaluations, equipment assessments and needs, casting, and bracing. Our physicians are Pediatric Orthopedic Surgeons from Duke University. When surgery is recommended, it is performed at Duke University.
Services and Programs offered:
Consultation is available with a Duke Brace Shop Orthodontist, a Physical Therapist, and Equipment Vendor and a Nutritionist.
Medical evaluation with referrals for diagnostic x-rays and lab procedures when indicated.
Recommendations for treatment, hospitalization and orthopedic appliances or equipment when indicated.
Any child under 21 years old living in Wayne and surrounding counties with an orthopedic and musculoskeletal condition.
Call appointment clerk at 919-731-1005 for an appointment. Complete top section of Referral/Follow-up form including reason for referral and any pertinent medical information and send it with the client to the appointment (or fax it to 919-731-1232).
If you are a self referral you can call and make an appointment without a referring physician.
