Mission Statement

The Finance Department is committed to ensuring that quality financial services and information are provided to management, departments and related parties for the benefit of the residents of Wayne County in a fair and equitable manner. The Finance Department is also committed to maintain the highest confidence of our citizenry in an open and honest government while being professional, courteous, and efficient showing genuine concern for the needs and well being of all citizens, employees and related parties. The Finance Department promises to carry out the local laws, policies and services as determined by County, State, and Federal Governments.
