Finance provides the following services for
Wayne County Government and the Citizens of Wayne County:

• Provides accounting and financial management systems in accordance with N.C. General Statutes
• Manages cash, investments and fixed assets
• Maintains financing for capital improvements
• Controls expenditures of County funds
• Manages County debt
• Manages payroll
