- February 4: Hosted, as part of the Wayne County Influenza Work Group, a training seminar entitled Pandemic Influenza: The Basics twice. This training seminar was for the general public to provide information about what pan flu is and how they can prepare for it.
January 2008
- January 23: Attended and participated in the Initial Planning Conference meeting with Envirosafe and other Region 3 partners in Lumberton, N.C. to begin planning for the Regional Strategic National Stockpile (SNS) exercise to be held in Robeson County. The SNS exercise is tentatively scheduled for June of 2008.
