Influenza Work Group
Organizations in Wayne County came together in April 2006 to prepare for a flu pandemic. This group started small but has grown since its inception. The group provides an organized avenue for the various partners to keep each other informed of their own preparedness efforts and determine how members can coordinate their efforts and assist each other in the event of a flu pandemic.

The group meets every other month and is working diligently to prepare and plan so that a flu pandemic will be mitigated to the best of our abilities.
