Wayne County Board of Adjustment
Membership

The Wayne County Board of Commissioners serve as the Board of Adjustment for Wayne County. The purpose of the Board of Adjustment is to hear and decide Appeals of decisions by the zoning administrator in regard to the zoning ordinance. In addition, the Board may grant Variances to the zoning ordinance according to the criteria established for variance approval. The Board may also issue Special Use Permits as detailed in the zoning ordinance.

The Board meets periodically upon request.
