On January 30, 2007, at approximately 10:30 am, an Armed Robbery occurred at a residence on Stoney Creek Church Rd.  Two subjects entered the residence and a third remained outside.  Once inside the subjects located a firearm and proceeded to rob the homeowner of his wallet, checkbooks, $65.00 in currency, and the firearm. As a result of a crimestoppers tip, a suspect was developed.  With the information received from crimstoppers, and the interviews that were completed, melissa irene odom was charged with Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon and Larceny:

 Debra Ann Outlaw
Debora Ann Outlaw, W/F, 41 years of age
(Alias Debora Hockaday or Debora Litlle)
Last known addresses for Outlaw were either
219 Charlie Braswell Rd Goldsboro or 208 Sydney Dr. Goldsboro


Both subjects are possibly in the city of Goldsboro.  Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of Dancy or Ooutlaw is asked to call the Det Robert Golimowski at the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, telephone (919) 731-1481, or crimstoppers at (919) 735-2255.

On January 30, 2007,  at approximately 10:30am, a seventy-nine year old man was robbed at gunpoint in his home.  The crime occurred in the Stoney Creek Community. On February 12, 2007, Melissa Irene Odom was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office.  Investigation revealed Odom went into a residence with another subject, and by gunpoint took approximately $69.00 and other property from the Victim. Warrants for Robbery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Larceny were served and Odom received a $30,000.00 unsecured bond. The investigation is ongoing and further arrests are pending.

 

Detective Sergeant Bob Golimowski is assigned to the case.

Following an investigation by the Goldsboro/Wayne County Drug Squad and after a search of the residence located at 805 Seaboard Street Goldsboro, Myron Dondra Miller was arrested and charged with one count each of Possession with Intent to Sell and Deliver Cocaine, Felony Maintaining a Dwelling for the Purpose of Keeping and Selling Controlled Substances, Possession of Marijuana and Resist, Obstruct and Delay a Public Officer.

 

Miller was placed in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $50,000.00   Secured Bond.

On February 7, 2007, Phillip Joseph Goff was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff's Office. The investigation showed that Goff did Break and Enter  residences and took property in the Patetown and Dudley Community. His arrest was the result of an on going investigation in which David Jacob Lambert was previously arrested for the same Break ins. Phillip Joseph Goff was place in the Wayne County Detention Center and received a $10,000.00 secured bond.

On February 02, 2007, the Pricetown Fire Department reported someone had taken two fire trucks from the fire station, drove the trucks and returned the trucks. One of the fire trucks sustained $2,500.00 in damage. Tools with a reported value of $650.00 were reported as stolen from one of the fire trucks. Investigation revealed the subject listed above was involved. The investigation is continuing and more arrests are pending. Detectives are working with Lenoir County Sheriff’s Office concerning his involvement  in crimes in that jurisdiction.

Shelton Douglas Southernland Jr was charged with Unauthorized Use of a motor Vehicle (2 counts),Injury To Personal Property,Misdemeanor Larceny and placed in the Wayne County Detention Center under a $6,000.00 Secured Bond

 

Detective Sergeant Rick Farfour is assigned to the case.
