In Internet Explorer, open the internet options menu.



On the Advanced tab, if you have Java (Sun) version 1.4.0 then you must upgrade your Java Virtual Machine software in order to use the on-line tax inquiry program. You can upgrade your version by clicking here.




After installing the application, you should see the following Javelin 92 window welcoming you to the Wayne County Inquiry Program.

If you get this blue window and do not see any text on it, then you may be behind a router or firewall that is blocking access. Please contact your systems administrator and request that traffic on port 1580 be allowed to IP address 152.34.232.219.
