Wayne County Commissioners proclaimed April 17, 2007 as Faith Christian Academy Men's Basketball Team Day in Wayne County.
Recognized were basketball team members Allen Ray Darby, Brad Floars, Phillip Hardy, Nathanael Patel, Blake Plummer, Jeremy Sandlin, T.J. Sasser, Aaron Sladick, Josh Spencer, Taylor Stocks and Austen Webber for winning the 2007 North Carolina Christian Schools Association Class 2-A Men's Basketball Championship title.
The County Commissioners also expressed their pride in the leadership of Coach Jeff Stocks and Assistant Coach Micah Conlon. The Faith Christian Academy men’s basketball team pulled away from Woodland Baptist with a 55-39 win to claim the Championship title. |
