The sale will be at the Wayne County Courthouse in Goldsboro, NC. The opening bids will include all delinquent taxes for Wayne County and if applicable, city taxes, as well as the costs of the auction. Unless otherwise noted, a deposit of five percent (5%) of the successful bid will be required or Seven Hundred and Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($750.00), whichever is greater, in the form of cash, certified check or money order at the time of the sale.
