The sale will be at the Wayne County Courthouse in Goldsboro, NC. The opening bid will include all delinquent Wayne County taxes as well as the costs of the auction. A deposit of five percent (5%) of the successful bid will be required or Seven Hundred and Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($750.00), whichever is greater, in the form of cash, certified check or money order at the time of the sale.
