Wayne County, NC – The County of Wayne is saddened to hear of the passing of Wayne County Commissioner John M. Bell. Commissioner Bell served the citizens of Wayne County in District 3 since December 2000. County Manager Craig Honeycutt has ordered flags at all County facilities be flown at half-staff in honor of Mr. Bell. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Bell family during this difficult time.
