Board of Commissioner Public Hearings
The Wayne County Board of Commissioners will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, to consider proposed amendments to the Wayne County Zoning Ordinance and Solar Energy Facilities Ordinance. The hearing will be held at 9:30 am in the Wayne County Commissioners Meeting Room, Wayne County Courthouse Annex, 224 East Walnut Street, Goldsboro, NC.
The item to be discussed is A-23-02 – Amend Sections 50.8 and 50.12 of the Wayne County Zoning Ordinance as well as the Solar Energy Facilities Ordinance as they relate to wind energy facilities and solar energy facilities.
