- Depression
- Anxiety
- Changes in sleep and eating patterns
- Health complaints
- Decreased academic achievement
Adolescents who bully others are also more likely to be at risk for many issues including:
- Alcohol and drug abuse
- Getting into fights, vandalizing property, and drop out of school
- Engaging in early sexual activity
- Having a criminal conviction as an adult
- Being abusive towards their romantic partner or children as adults
