WAYNE COUNTY TAX FORECLOSURE SALE
The following properties will be offered for sale and sold for cash to the last and highest bidder at public auction on Monday, November 25, 2019 at 10:00 AM. The sale will be at the Wayne County Courthouse in Goldsboro, NC. The opening bids will include all delinquent taxes for Wayne County and if applicable, municipal taxes, as well as the costs of the auction. Unless otherwise noted, a deposit of five percent (5%) of the successful bid will be required or Seven Hundred and Fifty and 00/100 Dollars ($750.00), whichever is greater, in the form of cash, certified check or money order at the time of the sale.
