Ready, Set, Baby and Infant Safe Sleep
Maternal and Infant Health Class is an educational class for pregnant women to learn about safe sleep, how to prepare for a baby, and breastfeeding. Classes are free at the Partnership for Children (800 N. William Street) or if you can’t attend in person, you can ask for a virtual class. Classes are to be determined and will be posted through the Wayne County Health Department Facebook page. Healthy Beginnings
Healthy Beginnings is a program that provides a support system to mothers who are pregnant up to 2 years after giving birth. There are various health topics covered in class such as smoking cessation, infant safety, family planning, and more.
